Flat Rate for International comes with some insurance, depending on the destination. Domestic Flat Rate does not, so you may add the following amounts for insurance, if you wish: up to $50 - $1.85; $50.01 to $100 - $2.35; $100.01 to $200 - $2.90. Medium Flat Rates are $12.45 Domestic; $40.95 Canadian; $59.95 international for shipments up to and including 7 pounds maximum Orders over 7 pounds go to the Large Flat Box Rate which is $16.95 Domestic; $53.95 Canadian and $77.95 International. Will ship UPS or Fed Ex by request.
Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. Domestic rates are for USPS Media Mail. International rates are for Air Mail rates, which may take four to ten days. UPS rates for domestic shipping are available upon request.

Rose Publications will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the United States Postal Service or International Postal Services unless it is determined that an error on an address label was made in our shipping department. International orders may be insured by using registered mail since there is no tracking available for other shipping methods offered. Just add $11.50 to your shipping and handling charge. All other orders shipped are not covered by insurance except for International Flat Rate Mail which includes limited indemnity pro-rated by each country at no extra charge. Domestic Priority Flat Rate does NOT include insurance as mentioned previously, but you may add the additional amount listed above to cover insurance. All domestic orders will have confirmation and tracking included in shipping and handling. These prices are based on USPS rates as of February 1, 2013. NO RETURNS, PLEASE.
